Biography
Angela Ballard was an appraiser of jewellery and ancient relics, sought out by the nobles of Clairnia, and the loving mother of the archaeologist Corian Ballard. Together with her husband, the linguist Thomas Jackson, she was killed while studying an ancient cursed artifact at the court of House Elemdar - a curse hidden in the relic claimed both of them and the court magician beside them, when Corian was nine.
