Shì-Naqah
Shì-Naqah is an emerald dragon who rules a great forest of the Hub. Some two centuries ago she came to the wood, slew its guardian - the druid Bordrick - along with part of its treant folk, and set herself up as its mistress, with her kobolds holding dominion beneath her. She is no lover of open battle: she keeps largely to the deep forest, and a traveller who is plainly no dragon-hunter may find her willing to trade lore or treasure for safe passage rather than fight. Of late her rule has been pressed from two sides - the long-memoried treants have at last gone to war over Bordrick’s death, while hobgoblins of the Flame Fist Legion hack at her forest to raise a base.
