Biography

Arkt of Burg is the elf who owns Burg and, by the law of the Jaknian Conglomerate, the small fishing village on its shore along with everyone in it. Judging that fishing had ceased to be profitable - and that Burg wanted for no food - he decided the “goblinpower” of the village was better spent on manual labour, and so enslaved its people, breaking apart families and households at a stroke. One of those families was a fisherman’s; their daughter he handed to his own daughter, Vieen, as a servant girl.
