Arthur Chase is a wanted criminal and mercenary of The Raza, known for his arsenal of named weapons and his unique command of gravity - and, infamously, for having relieved himself in the Fountain of the Gods in Difloa, making him the most wanted man alive for public urination.

Biography

He was born Andrew Morgasten Welfsore, younger brother of Olita, second son of a Duke - until the day Inkula massacred the house. He was perhaps six, too young to understand; when Inkula’s thugs found him, their leader took pity and raised the boy as his own. And so Chase had two fathers, the second having slaughtered the first. He grew into the mercenary life, his slight magic attributed to a bloodline of which little survives. He is cruel more as an afterthought than out of evil - apathetic, content to be heard rather than to change who holds power.
