Hugo Drysdale has always been a spoiled child - which went hand in hand with being the son of one of Jaknia’s greatest and most influential arms dealers. He had the best tutors and the best equipment, and he believes himself the best. His father sent him to the contest to buy the Ring of Unshackled Desire outright - and, failing that, to win it in combat. For all his pampering, Hugo has a genuine head for money, and treats the arena itself as an opportunity for shrewd investment.

- Flaw: Not very likeable, and doesn’t really believe in working hard without an obvious gain from it.
