Reginald is a former soul-collector in the service of a deity, now reduced - after some grave mistake - to living as an ordinary wizard, a fate he resents bitterly. He is counted, alongside Rothband, as one of the so-called “Dark Magic Bros.”

A distinguished gentleman who spent his whole life terrified of death and his work amounting to nothing - only to die, be appointed a soul-collector, and now want nothing more than to reclaim the immortality he’s lost.
Biography
In life, Reginald feared death above all and laboured for a legacy that came to nothing. When he died, the patron who took his soul appointed him a soul-collector and kept him in a semblance of life by unconventional means - he is not truly alive, merely looks it. After a serious misstep, he has been reduced to existing as an ordinary Children wizard, which he loathes, wanting only to be immortal again.
