Uvis of House Demo is the present head of the Council of Dawn, the crime syndicate that rules Daggerwatch.

Physical Appearance

Around a hundred and ten years old and frail to look upon, yet still formidably strong. The back of the man is a map of scars from his father’s whippings.

Personality

Intelligent, cunning, calm, and articulate - and by every measure a psychopath. What remains is a ruthlessness honed by trauma rather than nature; he was not born this way.

Biography

Uvis was not born a psychopath. The scars on his back are his father Aliades’s work, and when Uvis was nine his mother - a small, very thin, albino woman - was murdered by the order’s enemies. He only worsened after that, even as his father poured himself into the boy’s training. The man he became is the product of that ruthlessness and grief.
