Astel Quori

Astel Quori

Race	Elf
Profession	Diplomat and tutor
Faith	None
Student	Dranan Horbit

Astel Quori is an elderly, gruff, and wise elven diplomat who taught Dranan Horbit. Apart from his father, Astel is the only person Dranan openly admires.

Astel’s lack of religious faith made him an unusual tutor for the son of a paladin. Dranan’s father chose him deliberately, wanting his son to understand that justice, truth, and honour are universal values that every person should follow, not merely religious duties. Astel taught Dranan both those principles and the practical workings of diplomacy.
