Evandril was a tall, brown-haired elven wizard who lived in the swamps. She found Tignor Andviler after he fled the army with an arrow through his chest, brought him to her cabin, dressed him in a clean tunic, and nursed him beside a warm fire while rain beat outside.

Evandril later became Tignor’s wife and the mother of their son, Evanor. She devised her own nature magic and taught Tignor some of her spells, all of which require an existing plant or animal through which to act. After Evandril died from illness, her spellbook passed to Tignor. He carried it when he left home to seek a cure for Evanor’s curse.
