Biography

Mahad was the head magician of Atem, the first pharaoh of ancient Jaknia. For centuries his tomb - the great pyramid at the edge of the Black Desert - was mistaken for Atem’s own, its true occupant unknown until the archaeologist Corian Ballard uncovered the error in 1532. The tomb is wound about with ancient spells, traps, and mummified guardians, and is rumoured to hold the Golden Skull.
