Biography
Shin is a changeling rogue operating in Patacon, the floating city. She crossed paths with the archaeologist Corian Ballard amid the masked carnival of 1534, and helped him infiltrate a hideout of the secret society The Complex and stop one of its rituals. Closemouthed about the ritual’s purpose, she slipped away by morning - leaving him to learn only afterward that most of the Complex, herself included, were changelings.
