Flow of the River

Flow of the River - Flow - is a tabaxi of the Dancing Jungle clan, the younger sister of the swordmage Moon (born when Moon was three). Raised a hunter amid the Terrible Children War, she rose to lead the clan’s elite hunters and to sit on its Council of Nine. She and Moon drifted bitterly apart, and Moon has had no word of her in years.

When the second war turned against the Tabaxi, it was Flow who made the choice that defined it: she turned herself and two of her generals into Horrors, fusing herself with fiendish power to match the weapons arrayed against her people - and so birthed the three Tabaxi Horrors whose coming drew Clairnia into a wider coalition.

Known to the party

Flow is the estranged younger sister of the Cobalt Shadow Moon. Moon will not speak of her, and her prayers for Flow’s return are met only with sorrow and emptiness - she does not know what her sister has become.
