Talna is a yuan-ti scholar and powerful spellcaster, the hooded third of the Juggernaut Three. She studies Demon Doors and other remnants of ancient magical history, and has taken at least one apprentice in her travels, the young caster Nessa Gorin.
Description
Physical Appearance
Talna has smooth skin, yellowish hair, and subtly unusual facial features whose nature is difficult to place at a glance. She commonly conceals herself beneath a purple hood and appears absorbed in a thick book.
Personality
Talna is intensely curious, patient, and protective of meaningful knowledge. She is willing to teach someone whose fierce, untamed desire to learn impresses her, but bargains hard when strangers seek the results of her own research.
Biography
Talna travels with Duralin and Onger, studying Demon Doors and gathering the magical strength and knowledge needed to penetrate them. She later trained Nessa Gorin for two years after catching Nessa attempting to enter a Recollectors archive; under Talna’s tutelage, Nessa became a formidable and self-assured caster.
