Demon Doors are ancient, intelligent, and highly secretive magical gateways scattered across The Hub. Hidden from mortal eyes, these doors guard dangerous fiends and, more often than not, significant treasures or artifacts left from the time of the Fiend Floods.
Known Locations
There are five confirmed locations of Demon Doors, with rumours of several more:
- Near Lake Wolniya (in the Feywood forest, en route to Honeyville).
- On the slopes of Mount Synope, near Arashez.
- Near the bustling port of Teremisis. (This door was notably opened to recover the sentient Mask of Asandrea, placed there due to its self-guarding nature).
- Near the lake of Swadia’s Lament.
- Deep within the Amasyan Swamp.
Characteristics
To open a Demon Door, one typically must solve the door’s riddle or fulfill a specific dark condition. Because the doors possess sentience and cunning, interacting with them is exceedingly perilous. They usually conceal demons that must be dispatched or bargained with.
