Orceus, the Prince of Undeath, is a demon lord of Mictlān who serves the Archfiend Kroni.

Nature

Orceus is a vile creature born of the negative energy behind the creation of undead - a being of pure malice and disdain for life itself. He is forever seeking new ways to subvert living things and, ultimately, to dismantle life altogether. Where other fiends crave conquest or corruption, Orceus craves the unmaking of the very boundary between the living and the dead.

Relationships

As a Demon Lord, Orceus stands among the trusted generals and lieutenants who serve directly beneath the nine Archfiends - in his case beneath Kroni, whose carnage feeds the dead that Orceus claims. He takes a particular interest in rare and unique undead, reaching out to them across their existences.
