Felixpes

“Cute!”

  • Dothus Petri, Emissary to the New World

The Felixpes are rabbit-folk of the New World - among the first beastfolk the old-world settlers encountered, and among the most cautious.

Society

Wary Neighbors

The rabbitfolk were met early by the settlers of Acadia, but true contact took years to materialize. Today the settlement keeps a friendly-if-strained relationship with some rabbitfolk warrens - enough that a few have learned the common tongue and taken the name Felixpes - yet they do not actually trade, and the arrangement amounts to little more than a nonviolence agreement. Small, swift, and brave, the felixpes are known for a peculiar streak of luck that seems to turn misfortune aside at the last moment.

Culture

Language

Felixpes speak Felixpes and Beastspeech, the shared trade tongue of the New World; a few have also learned Common.
