Titania, the Summer Queen, is one of the two godlike Arch Fey who rule the Feywyld - sovereign of the Seelie Court, and locked in an ancient and bitter rivalry with Mab, the Winter Queen.

The Seelie Court

Most fey serve one of the two queens, and those who follow Titania call themselves the seelie fey. They tend to be the more benign of the courts - honorable toward visitors to the Feywyld, if always a touch mischievous - though they do not welcome non-fey to join their Court. The rivalry between the courts is carried mostly through games, acts of mischief, and patient plotting, with open violence only an occasional eruption.

Nature

Like all the Arch Fey, Titania is served and worshipped by lesser fey and wields power that dwarfs any mortal’s, yet she is held to be deliberately lesser than the true gods. She is bound, with Mab, by the secret Worldpact - the “Queens’ deal” - that keeps the Feywyld and the mortal world from open war.
