The College of Creation came to be alongside the founding of the Holy Theocracy, raised by bards who looked back across history and found that one of the most exquisite forms of art had been too long ignored: for what is art, if not creation itself? With a new country being made around them, they held that the purest self-expression would be one that sought to express creation in its own right.

The cloaks of its students are white - yet said to contain, somewhere within them, all the colors of creation.
