House Abingale is a minor noble house of the Holy Theocracy of Olympus, headed by the cold and rigid Count Abingale. Of low standing among the nobility, the house keeps a manor staffed by servants of every kind - goblins, Children, and dragonborn alike - whom the Count insists be treated as property rather than people. Its future rests on a single heir, the Count’s daughter Anne, whom he sent to train as a diviner-mage so that she might one day return to shoulder the burdens of the house. As a lesser house, its heirs face the prospect of being assigned, without choice, as advisors to one of the greater houses.
