The College of Lore is the oldest of the bardic colleges, founded by Mordan the Recorder, the first of Fontina’s five students. A writer out of Loreshia, Mordan came to magic through the knowledge, history, and stories of all things, and made it his life’s mission to record not only the magic he was taught but every notable event he could observe.

The college he raised in the deserts of Jaknia is devoted to finding, preserving, and passing on the lore of the world. Its green-cloaked members are famed across Thelemar as storytellers, writers, and scholars.
