The Brothers of the Yellow Sign - also called the Cult of the Yellow Sign - worship Hastur in his aspect as the King in Yellow. The cult is led by a circle of humans who style themselves immortals, though in truth they are merely well-connected and very well hidden from the public eye.

After the Brothers destroyed the local chapel of the Brotherhood of the Black Pharaoh, the wanderer Elizabeth begrudgingly joined their cult.
