The Blood Hunters are a famed order of monster-hunters out of the Lexalian Republic. Through mysterious and closely-guarded rituals they empower themselves - becoming somewhat more monstrous in the process - to hunt monsters with rare effectiveness, and so protect the Republic and its people. The order was founded by Amilio Estaban, whose daughter Ventura Estaban is among the most celebrated heroes of the age.
